Financial accountant (f/m/d)

Your tasks:
  • In your exciting position, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • You will create and check outgoing invoices
  • You will carry out cash audits on site at our facilities several times a year
  • You will also check daily and monthly financial statements for accuracy and monitor reporting, and you will also be the contact person for our pool managers and the auditing office
  • You will also prepare the weekly payment run for SEPA transfers, process the dunning process and monitor incoming payments
  • You support the team in monitoring compliance with applicable regulations regarding cash register security
  • Checking, account assignment and posting of bank and cash receipts is also part of your tasks
  • You create various lists relating to our new construction project Sportpark Rheinhöhe
  • You will also be involved in the implementation of SAP4 HANA in mattiaqua’s in-house operations
 
Your profile:
  • Completed training of at least three years in accordance with the Vocational Training Act (BBiG), which qualifies you to fulfil the above-mentioned tasks. Preferably as an administrative assistant, office communication specialist, accountant, tax clerk, industrial clerk, Industrial clerk
  • Relevant professional experience in financial accounting or in a comparable position
  • In addition, you have good knowledge of MS Office programmes and SAP R/3
  • In addition, knowledge of SAP4 HANA is desirable
  • Furthermore, you have good verbal and written communication skills and a confident manner
  • Commitment, assertiveness, team spirit and a sense of responsibility round off your profile

Payment is in accordance with pay group 9a of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD). The position is full-time.
