We are looking for a manager for the Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Full-time | permanent | pay grade 9b of the TVöD (collective agreement for civil servants). The pay grade is based on personal qualifications.
- You will lead and organize a team of around 15 employees
- You will ensure operational safety and smooth swimming pool operations and implement all legal and operational requirements (e.g., traffic safety obligations, hygiene regulations, labor law, HBO, house rules)
- You plan, prepare, and carry out sauna and wellness events
- You create duty rosters and shift schedules, maintain the electronic time management system, and take care of replacement staff as needed—for example, by making arrangements with colleagues at the thermal spa or inquiring at other baths
- Completed further training as a master craftsman/woman for swimming pool operations
- Several years of management experience, preferably in the swimming pool sector
- Passion for the further development and optimization of a renowned thermal spa operation
- Willingness to work flexible hours and to be available occasionally and work on weekends and public holidays
