Opening hours during the public holidays:
The Aukammtal thermal spa will be completely closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. It will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 pm on Boxing Day and from 9 am to 10 pm on New Year's Day.
The Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme will be completely closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. On Boxing Day and New Year's Day, the thermal baths are open from 10 am to 10 pm.
The Kleinfeldchen indoor pool and the Mainzer Straße leisure pool will be completely closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
The Henkell artificial ice rink will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. The ice rink will be open at the usual times on Boxing Day.

Due to a staff meeting and subsequent evacuation drill, the following facilities will remain completely closed:
- Aukammtal thermal baths
- Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme
- Henkell artificial ice rink
The exception is the Kleinfelchen outdoor and indoor pool. This will open on 09.12. at 2 pm.
