Take advantage of this special opportunity to improve your swimming technique under professional guidance. Olympic medallist Dr Jutta Weber-Meeuw and three-time European champion Folkert Meeuw will share valuable tips and tried-and-tested methods for relaxed, healthy and efficient swimming.
The two qualified sports instructors and experienced coaches will show you how to:
- breathe correctly,
- relieve pressure on your spine,
- improve your flexibility,
- swim more economically and
- move forward effortlessly.
The course is aimed at all swimmers who wish to refine their technique and experience greater enjoyment and ease in the water.
