To strengthen our team for the 2026 summer season, we are looking for several committed and motivated Lifeguards (m/f/d).
- Performing water supervision duties
- Ensuring compliance with bathing regulations and traffic safety
- Performing sauna infusions
- Performing cleaning work and maintaining green spaces
- Providing first aid
- Looking after and advising our guests
- Minimum age of 18
- Silver lifesaving badge, e.g. from the DLRG (German Life Saving Association) (not older than 2 years) Can also be obtained from us!
- First aid course (not older than 2 years) Can also be obtained from us!
- Service-oriented, confident and visitor-friendly manner, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good health
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy periods
- Flexibility during working hours, especially at weekends, on public holidays and during the holiday season
- An interesting, responsible and varied role in an open-minded and collegial team

Payment is based on remuneration group 3 of the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD).
The positions can be filled on a temporary basis, either part-time from 19.5 hours per week or full-time. Severely disabled persons will be given preferential consideration if equally qualified.
