Description

We are looking for a Project Manager for Construction and Modernisation Projects (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Full-time | Permanent | Up to pay grade 12 of the TVöD
Salary classification will depend on individual qualifications.

Responsibilities

You plan, manage, and deliver complex construction, renovation, and modernisation projects – with a particular focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
You ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met, keeping an overview of all project phases.
You coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure smooth information flow between all stakeholders.
You continuously optimise processes and are responsible for technical documentation – for maximum efficiency and transparency.
You monitor compliance with relevant regulations, especially hygiene and safety standards in swimming and thermal baths.

Qualifications

A completed degree in engineering (at least a university of applied sciences diploma/Bachelor’s) qualifying you for the above-mentioned tasks, preferably in architecture or civil engineering.
Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field, ideally in the public sector.
Sound knowledge of project management.
A valid driver’s licence for passenger cars and willingness to use your private vehicle for business travel (with mileage allowance).
Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills, along with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
