Specialist for pool operations (m/f/d)
The positions can be filled on a full or part-time basis for an unlimited period.
You should perform the following tasks with commitment:
- Supervision and monitoring of bathing operations
- Care and maintenance of the baths including the technical facilities
- assisting with and organising events and courses
- Looking after the bathers
- Cleaning work
- Working in the sauna
We expect from you
- A completed apprenticeship as a pool attendant or as a swimming pool attendant.

- Employment in all swimming pool areas or thermal baths of mattiaqua
- Willingness to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Willingness to work, commitment, ability to work in a team and physical strain are just as important to us as safety-conscious

At mattiaqua, the compatibility of family and career is important. Remuneration is in accordance with pay group 5 of the TVöD.
Depending on the pay group and development level, the gross remuneration ranges from between approx. 2,250 euros and 3,000 euros.
Payment is according to pay group 5 of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD). Severely disabled persons will be given preferential treatment if they are equally qualified.
