Kallebad: Dog swimming on 7 September
For two-legged friends, the swimming season at Kallebad is coming to an end, but for four-legged friends, the fun is just beginning. Once again, the popular dog swimming event will take place on Sunday, 7 September from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Kallebad outdoor pool.
The high demand in previous years shows that dogs also love the water.
The non-swimmer pool, which is equipped with wide steps for easy entry and exit, will be open exclusively for dogs on this day. Here, dogs can splash around or romp around on the lawn.
Upon admission, dog owners must present a vaccination certificate with a valid rabies vaccination, as well as dog liability insurance, and have a dog tag.
It should be noted once again that owners are responsible for their dogs and for cleaning up after them. Sufficient quantities of poop bags are available at the ticket office.
The admission price is 0.50 euros per foot and paw. All admission fees will be donated to an animal welfare organisation.

The refreshing water is calling!
Kallebad outdoor pool is the perfect place to take a dip and catch some rays. The pool has so much on offer for both serious swimmers and sprightly splashers: a paddling pool, water mushroom, elephant slide, Archimedean spiral, stepping stones, water wheel and dam for our young guests… and a non-swimmers’ and 50 m swimmers’ pool with 8 lanes for our older bathers, as well as a diving bay and a wide water slide – not to mention our 30,000 m² sunbathing lawn and a wide range of sports activities.
