Beginners’ swimming lessons for men and women
- Water acclimatisation
- Learn the arm and leg movements for breast stroke

The lessons are held outside the public opening hours!
Adult swimming course for beginners (crawl)
- Learn the leg movement without a board
- Learn simple arm movements
- Learn and practise your breathing technique while moving your arms and legs
- Coordinate your movement and breathing
Adult swimming course for advanced swimmers (crawl)
(only after completing the beginner’s course for crawl)
- Learn the crawl / breathing technique (2, 3 and 5 strokes)
- Learn the crawl leg technique (board and flippers)
- Learn how to turn
- Prepare for long-distance swimming, triathlon or ironman challenge
Swimming technique improvement course
for adults who can already swim
- Deepening in breaststroke, crawl and backstroke for more efficient water transfer
- Perfecting leg strokes and arm movements with aids
- Synchronisation of breathing and swimming movements for a more fluid technique
- Increasing swimming endurance through improved technique for longer, energy-saving swims and more effective turns
