Aquarobics – improve your fitness and circulation
Aquarobics combines a variety of gymnastic exercises in deep or shallow water, which are designed to promote and maintain your health and boost your well-being. The course is also suitable for non-swimmers.
In aquarobics, rhythmical music is used to coordinate and structure the exercises. You can optimally exercise your muscles, boost your stamina and activate large muscle groups while relieving strain on your joints.
Our instructors use the natural resistance of the water to optimise their strength and cardio exercises. Aquarobics helps to improve your balance and it’s also a form of endurance, circulation, coordination and cardiovascular training. The instructors usually demonstrate the exercises at the edge of the pool, so that the participants can imitate the movements in the water.
Course times and fees
Tuesdays from 7 pm to 7:30 pm
The course costs EUR 3.00 plus the admission fee.
Tickets can be purchased at the box office before the course.
