Water gymnastics: get involved – get in shape!
Water gymnastics combines a variety of exercises that can be carried out in either a normal swimming pool or a non-swimmers’ pool. It’s suitable for children, adults and senior citizens alike.
As water gymnastics increases the rate at which fat is burned, it’s also a good option for people looking to lose weight. The buoyancy of the water makes sure the strength and cardio exercises are always gentle on the body. One of the benefits of water gymnastics is that your body weight is reduced to 20% in the water, which significantly relieves the strain on your bones and muscles.
This form of training is suitable for anyone looking to train and maintain their bodily functions.
