Deep relaxation for new mums…
We’re proud to announce that pre-natal and post-natal aqua fitness courses have returned to the Thermalbad Aukammtal.
Water is the ideal medium to specifically target your abdominal wall and pelvic floor muscles after childbirth. You’ll also be able to strengthen and relax your shoulder and back muscles at the same time.
You can usually start training six to eight weeks after childbirth, but you’ll need medical approval first. Everyone is free to train at their own risk.
Course times
Tuesday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
This course gives you the opportunity to train your pelvic floor and do something for your health and well-being soon after childbirth. As babies can be brought into the bathing area and put in a baby seat at the edge of the pool, you can keep an eye on your little one while you train. But you are obviously also welcome to leave your child in caring hands at home and enjoy some time to yourself.
Course fee
No advance booking is required for the pre- and postnatal aqua fitness courses. It costs EUR 4.50 to attend the pre- and postnatal aqua fitness courses plus the daily admission price.
