The ticket office closes one hour and the pool closes 30 minutes before the end of opening hours.
Our sauna guests will receive free transfer to the bathing area.

Saunas and steam bath open
All saunas and the steam bath will be open. The thermal water temperature is 32° C.
The Aukammtal thermal bath with its bathing and sauna area is fully available to our guests during regular opening hours.
Due to a technical defect, the bubble pool with light field, the whirl loungers in the indoor thermal pool, the splash showers and the massage jets are unfortunately not in operation until further notice. The procurement of the necessary spare parts has started, but is proving difficult.
All other attractions are operating as usual.

There are often several courses a day. The “Aqua Fit & Fun” courses lasting 20 minutes cost EUR 2.00, those with a duration of 30 minutes cost EUR 3.00 and those lasting 45 minutes cost EUR 4.50, plus the daily admission fee for all courses.. No courses are held on Sundays and public holidays.

Aqua Fit & Fun
This course has it all: flexibility, coordination, cardiovascular training, strengthening of individual muscle groups and, of course, a nice relaxation phase. Everyone can work at their own pace.
This course is ideal for beginners and non-swimmers (no equipment, large pool and shallow water).
Aqua Circuit
Circuit training in the water: After completing a warm-up, you’ll take on a varied and holistic circuit designed to strengthen and shape various muscle groups. The class is rounded off with a nice relaxation phase. It’s simple but intense!
Various pieces of aqua fitness equipment are used. Activity pool, shallow water.
Aqua Fitness
High-intensity training of core muscles with 100% relief of the joints. Swimming belts will be provided for this course. It is highly recommended for experienced aqua fitness fans.
Large pool, deep water.
Aqua Power Up
This varied full-body workout is designed to train individual muscle groups and boost your endurance, coordination and balance. It’s a great course for people of all ages to improve their fitness and stability.
Activity pool, shallow water.
Aqua Legs, Bums and Tums
This is a snappy, intensive workout for your stomach, legs and bum.
Aqua fitness equipment is used. Activity pool, shallow water.
Aqua Fitness for Pregnant Women
Targeted exercises are performed to promote the health and well-being of mothers and their babies.
Large pool, deep and shallow water.
Aqua Fitness – Post-Natal Training
This post-natal course is specially designed to train the pelvic floor muscles while strengthening and relaxing the shoulder and back muscles.
