Fair Pay and Working Conditions Based on TVöD

• In the public sector, your pay level is transparently regulated – TVÖD VKA Pay Table 2025
• In addition, employees covered by the collective agreement receive an annual bonus and an attractive pension plan.
• Also regulated are 30 vacation days (based on a 5-day workweek) and, where possible, paid time off on December 24 and 31.
