In our pools, we not only offer courses from the mattiaqua swimming school, but also work with external partners who enrich our programme with their experience and specialisation.

Whether it’s early childhood water familiarisation, technique training, aqua fitness or health courses – together we create a varied programme for all age groups and needs.

An overview of our services

Aqua courses for a healthy back

Good for every back: the Aqua-Backfit courses that are offered here and that also are subsidized by statutory health insurance companies.

Aquafitness pregnancy

On Tuesdays a course for pregnant women is offered, which can be seen as a health-promoting additional offer for birth preparation.

Aqua regression

A special recovery course to bring the abdominal wall back into shape after birth and to specifically train the pelvic floor muscles.

Fitness courses

In the thermal bath Aukammtal there are several different fitness courses, which can be attended regularly as well as several times a day, except Sundays and holidays.
