Aquafitness is a special fitness training that takes place in water and makes effective use of the specific properties of this element.

The aim of getting used to water is to give children between four and six years of age a positive attitude towards water.

In addition to teaching the correct swimming technique, children from the age of six have the opportunity to make their “seahorse”.

In the indoor swimming pool Kostheim different swimming courses are offered to acquire technique and safety in the water as adults.

With this offer the bath is available exclusively to women and girls, who have fun with movement in the water!

Wake up the dolphin in you! With the finswimming course you learn which technique you need to glide through the water quickly.

It does not always have to be the basin. From far away you can hear the clatter of the balls played in our table tennis room.
